Live tracking

Live tracking uses your device's GPS. Check that Location Services are enabled for AirReveal and that the app has the location access required for your trip.

iCloud sync

Offline content

Download a flight's offline content before departure when you have a connection, so maps and supporting content are ready for the journey.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in AirReveal if an existing entitlement is not showing.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › AirReveal on your iPhone or iPad and choose Cancel Subscription, or tap Manage Subscription on AirReveal's Profile screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds & Lifetime

Refunds are handled by Apple, not AirReveal — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription to cancel; it never renews.

Your trip data

The Profile screen includes export, import and removal controls for trip data. Export a copy before removing data you want to keep.

AirReveal is a personal flight companion, not an official flight-status, air-traffic or aviation-safety service. Always follow airline, airport and crew information.
